An Excerpt from JoAnne Helfert Sullam
up coming book: Evolution of a Wild Heart
It was in that darkness, that loneliness, that fear that I found growth.
When I climbed out to dry my wings in contemplation of flight, I found a gift of lightness and left my fears and sorrows behind for laughter and joy.
I evolved to be my own butterfly and became a better happier me."
