Eagle or a Bear -What Do I Want to Get Out of Today? One of the most beautiful things about animal wisdom is that it invites both observation and creation. "When I listen closely, that is when my vision becomes clear and the courage to realize freedom comes from within—It guides to reflection, where strength grow and heals what needs healing. "It is the wisdom and the forces of nature that flows through me.” In the same way that a river flows into the sea, I feel as though the teachings of animals flow from a deeper well of understanding that's grounded in the natural world. The Eagle Teaches Observation "It rises above, seeing with purpose... What if we asked: What is my highest vision for today? What truly matters in my world—today and for my future? When you embody Eagle energy, you're listening with your heart to what calls you forward. You're asking: What am I doing and why am I doing it? This clarity allows you to rise above the noise and remember your dreams—and what you came here to do. The Bear Teaches Creation It knows the power of going inward. What do I need to feel grounded and strong today? When you embody Bear energy, you're creating from a place of rest and reflection. You're honoring your body, mind, and spirit. You're taking time to position yourself for the clarity and strength that comes from being whole. True strength comes from knowing yourself deeply. Wild animals remind us that creation is both personal and collective—it connects us to something larger than ourselves.
